I’ve inserted these whitening strips into my mouth and wore them for the advised 30 minutes. It’s very important never to wear them any longer than that, because you’ll do damage to your teeth. It’s best to wear the strips while you’re awake, otherwise you might lose track of time. It’s best to set some sort of timer at 30 minutes. That way you will know when it’s time to take out the strips.

I used up all the strips and afterwards my teeth were indeed significantly whiter. I’m not sure whether Crest Whitestrips are the best tooth whitener around, because this is the only one I’ve ever used. But based on my experience, I would definitely recommend it!
